Introduction, HET VEER Meeting Rooms
Located in the old center of Ghent, we can offer you 9 rooms, suitable for small and middle sized groups (4-50 persons). Every room is equipped with flip-over charts and a plasma TV and you have access to the WiFi network.
Do you want to set up a video conference ? No problem, in our room Ar-Men we have a 1 to 6 point VC-system, equipped with 2 58” plasma TV’s and a big meeting table for 16 persons.
All rooms are protected by a personal code, so you can leave your material in the room during the breaks. We can provide food and beverage, or you can choose one of the restaurants in the neighborhood.

The rooms of Het Veer are suitable for meetings, video conferences, receptions, board meetings, seminars, IT-courses, product presentations, job interviews, etc. Our largest meetingroom Le Four is equipped with a smartboard for interactive presentations and lessons.
