Max&Kitchen Catering, Milan

Max : Max is Temporiti, founder of Max & Kitchen, my project was created to offer catering for businesses and homes in Milan convivial moments of pure pleasure for the palate without forgetting their health and wellbeing.

Max in the kitchen : I started doing the cook while studying hospitality institute, in true "schools" of classical cuisine as Hotel Bellevue in Cogne, where the dough is prepared starting from the beans and sweet corn from flour, eggs, butter and fruit mountain .. I then explored the different aspects of the kitchen, through-starred restaurants as Aimo e Nadia, where I took care of the latter, according to Peck, where I was cooking and renowned luxury hotels like the Palace of Saint Moritz. To complete my training, I am dedicated to the bakery by Nobu, a restaurant that has marked the history of the restaurant, after periods of study in France at Ladurée and Pierre Hermé.
