Development A second hotel within the Qaryat Al Beri project is currently being constructed.  It is nearest to Block F of the Shangri-La Residences therefore this block will be closed until the second hotel is completed.  Noise is kept to a minimum as most heavy work has already been carried out.  Hoarding will also block the view towards the building until construction has been completed.  However, Block E Residences guests may experience some minor noise during working hours.  New hotel developments are also being developed next to and across the water from the Qaryat Al Beri complex.  However, this is a minimum of 1km from the main hotel building and no construction noise can be heard
