Blending perfectly with the splendid backdrop provided by the surrounding luxuriant pastures, the current plant is a perfect example of the fusion of leading edge technology, absolute functionality, and tasteful architecture.
The enterprise covers 3,500 m2 where the production cycle follows a linear path: from the milk collection tanks towards the manufacturing departments down to the aging caves, and finally to the packaging and shipping area.
This innovative structure guarantees an increase of the production capacity and of the space available for the aging of pecorinos.
The exclusive sales outlet, situated on the upper floor, offers the whole range of company products, in addition to a careful selection of the region’s specialties. A roomy, well-organised space is devoted to the tasting of the cheeses.
The growth plan also includes the development of nine guest accommodation suites that will be completed shortly.
